How to Get iPhone out of Recovery Mode

As we know, whenever you update iOS or restore a backup from iTunes, your phone will go into recovery mode. It is quite simple to exit this mode, but sometimes we would still fail to do it. You may find that your device won’t turn on or cycle the boot process but never reach the home screen. How can you get your iPhone out of the recovery mode safely? Now don’t worry. Part 1: Exit Recovery Mode of Your iPhone

Step 1. Launch iPhone Data Recovery and connect your phone with the computer via a USB cable.

Step 3. Click “Restart” or “Set up” in the window, then your device will be restarted automatically and be normal after all.
Yes, it is really so easy to get your iPhone out of recovery mode. Then maybe you will need to recover your iPhone data after that. Now read the instructions below and I will teach you how to retrieve data from your device.

Part 2: Restore Data from Your iPhone

Step 1. Connect your iPhone and scan for iPhone data
Firstly, run iPhone Data Recovery and connect your device to the computer after installing it. Then the program will begin to recognize it.
iPhone 6/ 6 Plus/ 5s/ 5/5c/4s users will get the window as below. Now click “Start Scan” to begin scanning your device for all data.

Get Rid of iPhone Recovery Mode

For iPhone 4/ 3GS users: You need to click the “Download” button to get a plug-in first so as to enter the scanning mode. Follow the steps below to get into the mode.
(1) Press “Start” in the program window.
(2) Hold “Power” and “Home” buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds.
(3) Release “Power” button but keep holding “Home” button for another 15 seconds until you’re informed that you’ve entered the scanning mode successfully.

Step 2. Preview and restore iPhone data
After scanning process, you will see all your data scanned out and listed in categories on the left of the window. You can choose any category of them and recover your data selectively. For example, if you want to recover your photos, you can choose Camera Roll and preview the details of them. Then you can tick the items you need and click “Recover” to save them on your computer. And your data will be back soon.
